Miso Glazed Salmon
4 6-ounce skinless salmon fillets
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons white miso
2 tablespoons mirin
1 tablespoonsp agave or honey
5 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoons sake or soju (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°
In a medium bowl, whisk all the marinade ingredients together.
Once your marinade is mixed together, add in the salmon into the marinade making sure to coat all sides. Let the salmon soak in the marinade for about 5 minutes skin side up.
After 5 minutes of marinading, lay your salmon flat on the baking sheet to bake at 350° for 10 mins and low broil for 3 minutes. Keep a watchful eye not to over cook the sugar in the marinade.
Top with furikake or roasted sesame seeds
